The Duke + Lucille Ball: DVD-News

Wie bereits im Warner-Chat angekündigt und im Transcript nachzulesen, jährt sich der Geburtstag John Waynes in diesem Mai zum 100. Mal. Aus diesem Anlass, haben sich Warner Home Video und Paramount Home Entertainment zusammengetan, um den Jahrestag gebührend zu feiern. So wird es nicht nur Neuauflagen bekannter Klassiker des Dukes geben, sondern auch bisher nocht nicht veröffentlichte Filme des Filmhelden. Alle DVDs, egal ob Warner oder Paramount, werden ab dem 22.05.07 käuflich zu erwerben sein.
Beginnen werde ich nun mit den Ankündigungen von Warner:

Den Anfang machen jeweils Neuauflagen der Wayne-Klassiker Rio Bravo und The Cowboys, die zum Teil (Rio Bravo) als Special Edition und Ultimate Collector's Edition oder nur, wie bei The Cowboys, als Deluxe Edition erscheinen.

Rio Bravo: Special Edition und Ultimate Collectors Edition
